“I love dogs… so the man who wish to marry me too should be a dog lover” threatens Trisha. Though Trisha is nearing her 30s, Trisha is still being gossiped with little ones like Simbhu. Trisha was asked to list out the required qualities of her dreaming man.

For this, she answered that she is a dog lover and hence her man should also be a pet lover.

Other than loving pets, the man should be broad minded too… “If he get guts to say that the dogs should be out from the house, then?….” stopped Trisha and continued by saying “So I am searching for a man who loves me and my dogs….”

She also said that, the man should be always cool and calm…

Ajith’s next with Vishnuvardhan or Shiva?

Now that the shooting of ‘Billa 2′ is over but for some patch work which will be completed in a few days, ‘Thala’ Ajith is gearing up to start his next. It will be directed by Vishnuvardhan. “Actually Ajith has two projects in his hands. One to be helmed by Vishnuvardhan and the other by Siruthai fame Shiva. But Ajith chose Vishnuvardhan since it is a long due to work with him,” circles close to the ‘Thala’ say.

They add: “It was Vishnuvardhan who was to direct Billa 2. But he missed it due to unavoidable reasons. At that time, Ajith promised Vishnu that he would work with him soon. The actor is honouring it now.”

Another reason is said to be Shiva being busy with a Telugu film starring Ravi Teja and Taapsee Pannu in lead roles. “The Ajith-Shiva venture will start after May 2012,” sources say. It will be produced by Vijaya Productions to mark the centenary of its founder Nagi Reddy.

Shruti Hassan climbing up her career ladder

It is harvesting time for Shruti Hassan that post-7am Arivu she has become a most sought after heroine. However, it is not in Kollywood but in the nearby Tollywood. Initially she began her career for acting in Bollywood but as fortune have it, she stepped into Kollywood for her father’s project Unnaipol Oruvan for music. As things would have the favor, she got an ideal opportunity to be a full time heroine under the monitoring of AR Murugadoss in 7am Arivu.
Simultaneously she shared two films in Tollywood of which one with Siddharth proved to be a mega hit. Now she is on the sets of the Telugu remake of Dabaang. From the sources close to her, it is learnt Shruti will be full of dates for the coming three years. It is said she has got 5 Telugu films on hand and dates for any other language will be a tight corner.

To make this phase as the best platform she is learning Telugu to lend her own voice. This is what her father Kamal did in his early phase of acting. He learnt Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi to shape him fit for any language. Hence Shruti Hassan is not the chip of the new computer, but the chip of the old block.

Am not scared, says Vadivelu

Speaking at a Rotary Club function near Madurai, Vadivelu said that he is refraining from donning the greasepaint because of personal commitments. The comedian said that people are spreading rumours that he is scared of certain politicians and is therefore maintain a low profile.

However, Vadivelu pointed out that there is no truth in such reports. An actor also has personal commitments and I have to fulfil them, said Vadivelu.

It may be mentioned here that Vadivelu was seen playing an important role in Mambattiyan with Prashanth being the hero.

Kareena Kapoor perfect choice for ‘Heroine’ – Priyanka Chopra

BollywoodWorld.com, Priyanka Chopra admits Madhur Bhandarkar offered his most ambitious project “Heroine” to her, but she couldn’t accept it due to its streak of similarity with “Fashion”. However, she is sure Kareena Kapoor will do full justice to the role.“Madhur and I did talk about ‘Heroine’. For me, however, it would have been like a Bollywood version of ‘Fashion’. Kareena is the perfect choice. She’s such a brilliant actor,” Priyanka told ETC’s “Bollywood Business” host and trade analyst Komal Nahta on his show.

“As a filmmaker, Madhur brings out the best in any actor, and Kareena’s such a superior one,” she added on the episode to be aired Wednesday.

Both the actresses shared the screen in hit movie “Aitraaz”.

Aishwarya Rai was the original choice for “Heroine”, which narrates the journey of a once successful film actress whose career is on the decline.

Bhandarkar had begun shooting with Ash, but the project was put on hold when the actress’ pregnancy was announced. Later, several rumours about the replacement made their way. However, Kareena was zeroed in on as the final choice.

The “Heroine” team is already shooting.

As for Priyanka, she is busy promoting her upcoming film “Don 2: The King Is Back”, in which she plays Roma or ‘Jungle billi’. The film releases Friday. – IANS
